Warranty & Return Policy

The Auto Parts Company has a 30 day return policy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

All returned goods must be accompanied by the following information.
1) SALE REFERENCE NUMBER.
2) IS IT A NEW RETURN, CORE RETURN OR DEFECT RETURN?
3) REASON FOR RETURN.

ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY ON PARTS IS THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER AND IS TYPICALLY 1 YEAR. ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER BOX/PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED WILL EXPERIENCE A DELAY IN THE REFUND BEING PROCESSED.
